St. Xavier's Electricals is based in Aroor, Alappuzha, Kerala, and is led by an experienced contractor with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, construction, industrial wiring, motor rewiring, and maintenance work. This is not a business that started yesterday — it is the result of three decades of real site work, learned trade by trade, project by project.

Over the years, the business has completed many residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects across Kerala. The work has ranged from full house construction with plumbing and wiring, to institutional projects such as bathroom block construction for SH College, Thevara, to industrial wiring and factory-scale motor rewiring for factory equipment, to ongoing machine maintenance support for industrial clients.

St. Xavier's Electricals has also handled recurring, yearly light post and electrical contract work for KSEB, along with contract work for other organizations and institutions. This kind of repeat, government-linked work only comes to contractors who deliver reliable, quality work year after year.

Beyond individual project work, the business owner is actively connected with the trade community through the Kerala Electrical Wiremen & Supervisors Association (KEWSA), where he holds a leadership/president role. This connection to the wider trade community keeps the business updated on standards, safety practices, and the realities of electrical and wiring work across Kerala.
